Obituary of James A. Duffy

DUFFY James A. Age 74, of Cecil, peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, October 19, 2020. Loving husband of MaryBeth (Gample) Duffy, father of Colleen (Butch) Martin, grandfather of Michael (Bailey) Moore and Allison (Ty) Martin, great-grandfather of Maci Moore, brother of Mary “Mame” Newell, the late Angela (Al) Pacific, and the late Jack Duffy. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. A proud veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S.M.C. Family and friends received Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., at the WARCHOL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church of Corpus Christi Parish (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Rebos House, 5424 Second Ave., Hazelwood, PA 15207. Interment with full military honors will take place Monday, 2:30 pm, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
