Obituary of Regis S. Freiland

FREILAND Regis S. Age 92, of Bridgeville, formerly of Monroeville, on April 23, 2012. Son of the late George & Marcella (Eckel) Freiland. Brother of Marcella (John) McLaughlin of Bridgeville, and the late Gerard (Helen) Freiland, George (Frances) Freiland, and Mary Tucker. Brother-in-law of Daniel Tucker of North Carolina. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy. Participant of D-Day, serving in both the European & Pacific Theatres. Friends received Thursday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm in the WARCHOL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3060 Washington Pike, Brigeville (412-221-3333). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 10 am in Holy Child Parish. Burial in St. Augustine Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
